How long does it take?
About 60 seconds to answer the questions. If you already have an Airbnb listing you can paste the URL instead and skip most of it.
What data do you use?
Public market data for comparable properties in your area, combined with the details you give us about your home — bedrooms, bathrooms, sleeps, amenities and current rates.
What happens after the report?
